These Terms of Service govern your use of software applications developed and published by enSili.co. By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to these terms.

Definitions

"Application" or "App" refers to any software application developed by enSili.co. "enSili.co," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the company enSili.co, located in Armilla, Granada, Spain. "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity using our applications. "License" refers to the right to use our software granted under these terms.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, enSili.co grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for your personal or commercial use.

Each license permits installation and use on up to 3 Macs owned or controlled by the licensee. Trial versions, where available, provide full functionality for a limited evaluation period. Your license includes free updates during the current version cycle. This is a license, not a sale — enSili.co retains all rights to its software.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our applications only for lawful purposes. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; remove or alter any proprietary notices; rent, lease, sell, or redistribute our software; share your license key with unauthorized users; or circumvent any technical limitations or copy protection mechanisms.

Payment & Refunds

Purchases through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Direct purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for direct purchases. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at info@ensili.co with your order details. Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing.

Software Updates

We may provide updates that add features, fix bugs, improve performance, or modify existing functionality. We are not obligated to provide updates, but when we do, they are covered by these Terms. We recommend keeping our apps up to date for security and compatibility.

System Requirements

Our applications are designed for macOS. Specific system requirements vary by application and are listed on each app's product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with future macOS versions, though we strive to maintain compatibility through updates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, enSili.co disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, enSili.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While our applications are designed to handle your files with care, we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using our software.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the application from your devices.

Intellectual Property

Our applications, including their code, design, graphics, and documentation, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by enSili.co.

Third-Party Services

Some of our applications integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Fonts, Fontshare, Paddle, BundleHunt). We are not responsible for these services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Granada, Spain.
